Our full service management provides you with complete financial statements including all income and expenses for the current month. At the end of each year, we provide you with a complete Year-End Cash Flow Statement and an IRS-Form 1099. Owners can rest assured that they will be notified of any significant expenses in advance and provided with proper documentation.
The most important part of finding the right tenant is Tenant Screening. We do all of the legwork (at no additional charge) to avoid problem tenants, and most importantly, to find the best-qualified tenants who will care for and value your investment.

Between Federal and State laws & ordinances, leasing property has become overwhelming for most individuals. We keep up to date on required disclosures, handouts, and documentation. We use “Owner Friendly” leases designed to protect the Owner, his/her rights, as well as their real estate investment.
